What impressed me the most was the dedication, patience and relaxed vibe that I experienced shopping here. Even though I was only buying a pre-owned vehicle, I was able to tie up Maria for almost 6 hours while she patiently and professionally answered my endless questions, indulged me in two test drives and even danced to the beats that I pumped to test the premium sound system. The result was that I bought with confidence and trust, and have no regrets about my decision to purchase the first car that I test drove on my search. Although Maria was the shining star of my experience, I also had great service from Greg and Ben when finalizing the deal. I visited this dealership 4-5 times and few times at 6.00 pm,on Fridays when dealership closes. But the staffs (Erick /Daryl) were very cordial and helpful and showed me vehicles I was interested in. At first I went to see Hyundai Tucson for first 3 visits. Test drove that vehicle and the staff even recommended the best financial option to go for. They also showed me Demo tuscon,with reduced price (more than their internet site). But for some reason, I decided to buy elantra GT.In next 2 visits, they showed me the vehicle. They even promised to get a new vehicle of my specification with less than 100 kms, and if it’s more then further discounts. I would highly recommend this dealership for their customer centered and fair practice. Ask for Erick/Daryl for your new car purchase. Good luck. More
