Rude enough .. Poor experience .. Poor customer service! I would never recommend as I had Nissan Rogue car repair and they weren't able to recognize what the problem is they did replace a part which was not I would never recommend as I had Nissan Rogue car repair and they weren't able to recognize what the problem is they did replace a part which was not in need for replacement as It was wrong diagnoses from their end and I had to take it to Nissan dealership to fix. They charged me full amount and when I asked for a refund they refused to return my money back!!! Also they were rude enough to me, poor customer service, poor experience.. They put my life at risk as I do drive mostly on highways ..they didn't even apologize! They do care about collecting money not about customer satisfaction! This is obviously a scam and the public should be aware. More

Within an hour, we had come to a deal and I felt that I had received a personalized customer experience. The professional team I dealt with all worked very well together and were very quick to answer questions. Both Bobby and Johnson were quickly available to answer any additional questions that I had specific to different departments. I would recommend this dealership to others in the future, because I did not feel rushed, or pressured to make decisions, rather I felt that the staff truly cared about keeping their customers happy.
