Very knowledgeable salesperson, good dealership experience We came upon 401 Dixie Hyundai as part of our quest to find a Compact SUV. After visiting the Auto Show, several dealerships, and reading multiple rev We came upon 401 Dixie Hyundai as part of our quest to find a Compact SUV. After visiting the Auto Show, several dealerships, and reading multiple reviews, I had pretty good knowledge of the products available, and used that information in querying Brian Penner, our salesperson. Of all the salespeople we had dealt with in our search (across multiple brands and dealerships) we found Brian to be the most knowledgeable about his products and the specifications and options, and pricings available throughout the Tucson line-up, and most capable to offer valid comparisons and feedback on other CUV offerings. We found him to be friendly, and not overly aggressive in his approach. When we signaled that we needed time to consider our options he respected our wish without applying any additional pressure. When we came back a week later, he gave us additional time, addressed our further questions, and then we moved through the negotiation process without feeling undue pressure and arrived at a mutually agreeable price. We felt comfortable in our dealings with Brian, and his sales approach gave us confidence and trust in our purchase decision. The rest of the dealership process was handled professionally and we had a very positive experience in dealing with 401 Dixie Hyundai. More

wrong information we brought our car there 3 times with the same proble over a 2 year period,THE FIRST AND SECOND TIME THE CAR WAS STILL UNDER WARRANTY AND THEY SAID TH we brought our car there 3 times with the same proble over a 2 year period,THE FIRST AND SECOND TIME THE CAR WAS STILL UNDER WARRANTY AND THEY SAID THE NOISE WAS FROM A LOOSE TY ROD IN THE REAR END OF CAR.WE THEN BROUGHT THE CAR BACK AGAIN WITH THE SAME PROBLEM AND THIS TIME THE MECHANIC SAID THE FRAME IS SEPERATING FROM THE SUB-FRAME AND THE BUMPER CUSHIONS HAVE MOVE.THIS WOULD BE ABOUT A 7 HOUR FIX AND ABOUT 800 DOLLARS.I THEN BROUGHT THE CAR TO MY MECHANIC AND FOUND OUT A SHOCK HAD TO BE RELACED WHICH FIXED THE PROBLM WHICH ONLY COST 250.DO NOT GET ANYTHING FIXED HERE WITHOUT A SECOND OPONION.2011 SONATA More

Awesome Experience w/ Violet + Darryl at 401/Dixie Hyundai My experience at 401/Dixie Hyundai was pretty much as excellent as I could've possibly hoped for when buying a car. I called in and talked to Mari My experience at 401/Dixie Hyundai was pretty much as excellent as I could've possibly hoped for when buying a car. I called in and talked to Maria over the phone to verify some information about the car and confirm it was still there. She was very pleasant and very helpful. Her shift was ending and when I mentioned to her that I was thinking of coming in that night, she did not hesitate to recommend another sales person for me to speak with. There was absolutely no pressure at all from her to have me come in to deal with her. My convenience was prioritized. Off to a good start. When I went in I dealt with Violet, and I don't think I could've asked for a better sales person. Violet's demeanour was professional and friendly, and she immediately made me feel very comfortable dealing with her. She was honest, and very attentive. At no point did I feel like we were just going through the motions to try and get me out the door with the car. When I had questions about the vehicle, if for any reason she didn't know the answer, she didn't hesitate to run out to the garage to find out. This is not the experience I've had at all dealerships or with all sales people. Throughout the entire process, from walking in the door to driving off the lot after having picked up my car, Violet was an absolute pleasure to deal with. I could not recommend her more. For the negotiations part, Darryl was the sales manager that I negotiated with. He didn't stay hidden in his office like many often do, using Violet as an intermediary the entire time, but instead came out to speak with me personally and to introduce himself. He's a really nice guy and exceptionally professional. After a few rounds of offers and counter-offers, we were able to agree on a price that I was very happy with, and Darryl definitely made the negotiation process enjoyable. Also, Darryl's dog is gorgeous. Potentially getting to meet her is worth considering 401/Dixie in and of itself. I really can't emphasize enough how friendly and professional Violet and Darryl were, or how happy I was with the experience, the car I walked away with, and the price I paid for it. I would be very comfortable recommending 401/Dixie to any of my friends or family that was in the market for a car. So many thanks to those two for all their help! More
