Mitch catered to my schedule, and ensured that I would be taken care of upon my arrival. On the day of the test drive,Mitch introduced me to Brian Coneybeare who would be my salesman that day. Brian was very knowledgable and was the complete opposite of the non-interested types of salesmen that I had dealt with in the past. Brian took his time to understand my needs, and provided several options that were within my price range. I had done my research prior to visiting 400 Chrysler Dodge Jeep and hands down they had the best prices out of all the dealerships. I was able to take advantage of their 2016 clear outs, and their upfront online pricing made the buying experience that much more simple. I went to this dealership to look at a 2016 Jeep Renegade I was interested in. I honestly did not think I would actually be able to get it but with the great deal they offered, I couldn't resist. Brian was amazing and very patient with us. He talked me through everything and showed me all the features the jeep had. Terri was amazing and super friendly. Mitch was also friendly and a funny guy. Just overall a great place to purchase your next vehicle. You can tell Brian loves what he does and I am happy I dealt with him. He showed me at least 4 or 5 others. It came down to 2 and then 1. Never felt pressured, as he wanted to work for me, not against me. I would definitely recommend Tom and the staff at 400 Chrysler to anyone looking to purchase a new or pre owned vehicle. More
