Terrible experience Purchased a 2018 Wrangler in Feb from Brian (sales person). Paid for soft top and Brian indicated that he would contact us when the soft top arrived. Purchased a 2018 Wrangler in Feb from Brian (sales person). Paid for soft top and Brian indicated that he would contact us when the soft top arrived. Four months later still no phone call. Contacted Brian who now works for Open Road in Newmarket. He indicated that he would contact Mitch Summers and the soft top would be delivered. The soft top did not arrive so we contacted Mitch on two occasions and he didn't have the decency to call us back. I then contacted the Manger,she assured us that she would call us back. Still no phone call. We must now contact Chrysler Canada to have them investigate the missing soft top (3000 value). After spending $61000 you would expect great customer service. Sadly, this was not the case. Please shop around before you purchase a vehicle from 400 Chrysler. More

Yvonne was very friendly and organized and Carley in service has been very helpful working with me on a slight warranty issue that has been resolved. The mechanics take time, when needed, to take time and listen to any possible problems and work quickly to resolve them. I have owned many cars and have never seen such a well run shop.
