Second service experience I bought a new vehicle from this dealership a year ago and I haven’t had the greatest experience since then. I didn’t receive any communication after I bought a new vehicle from this dealership a year ago and I haven’t had the greatest experience since then. I didn’t receive any communication after I drove my vehicle off the lot. There was no follow up as to my satisfaction with my purchase. When I called the service department to make my first appointment the person was not very helpful and slightly rude to me when I asked questions regarding my vehicle. A few days after I purchased my vehicle I noticed a large scratch on my driver side window. I had reached out to the service department and was told I would receive a call back. I have yet to hear from them. I don’t like being told I will be receiving a call and having to follow up that should not be my responsibility. Overall I am disappointed with the service I have received since my purchase. More

During my recent deal with 400 Chrysler we ran into a problem with the chosen vehicle, (no issue with the vehicle itself just something over looked in the specs), but that put no damper on them on trying to correct the missed bit of information of the vehicle. The reassurance, support and handling on this was just out standing. In the end I was quite satisfied on the deal that was completed. If ever there was a team that is fit so well together to sell or repair vehicles this would be one of those places. I would definitely refer any one looking for a team that is willing to work with you to see you satisfied to your comfort of a good deal at 400 Chrysler. More
