We are very impressed with his courteous manner, his lower key approach to making a sale and his thorough and extensive knowledge of the Audi products. His guiding approach is one of trying to find a product/combination that fits his client's needs and pocket book rather than one of trying to push a particular available one(s) for a quick sale. We particularly liked the long training session he gave us when we took delivery of the new vehicle. His previous experience in giving training sessions really shows.
