We never felt pressured from the very first day we walked in to the dealership by our sales associate Manny. We gave him a list of our wants in a vehicle with the price point and maximum km and he kept in touch with us weekly. When the vehicle came in with what he thought would check off all the boxes he was right. He called us to come in to take a look at it and even though we were hesitant because we had always driven GMC’s there still was no pressure from Manny. We purchased the vehicle and the day we picked up the vehicle we again were given the Lexus treatment by all whom we dealt with, Manny, Bailey who did the paperwork and Jill who did the walk through. Jill delivered our RX350 with a huge red bow in the roof. ??We would recommend purchasing from Lexus of Edmonton so you too can experience the 1st rate Lexus experience as our daughter and son-in-law who recently purchased from Lexus Edmonton themselves and did not hesitate to recommend them to us. Was told it was a malfunction between when the inspection was done and when I bought it ( less then a months time) THEN found a huge leak which is common problem and they wouldnt do anything about it because it was our of the 30 days. Daid it wasnt leaking when they had it which I have been told by many professionals that isnt true and it takes way longer then a month for that bad of lean to develop. Absolute xxxxx about everything would never recomend coming to them stear clear. More
