Thank you so much Brenda, for trying to find the help I needed yesterday to write a review on the Lakewood website...I'd received good customer service from Jaimee last week and wanted to say so. I called to ask how to do it and you were the person I got. To make a long story short, I couldn't get it over the phone, and because I'm like a dog with a bone, you asked if I wanted to come in after the weekend and you'd try to show me on my phone. Being a senior, I jumped at the chance because I'd been able to do it before but could not do it now for some reason. You finally found a fella who figured out it was the settings on my phone. Suffice to say you went above and beyond in trying to help me figure out how to put a good review for the service I received at Lakewood. I wasn't spending big money but you took the time to help figure out my problem. You folks are excellent at your jobs, deliver quality service and care about your customers. I Thank you 💞💫🙏 More

Maby I’m small town but I have tried to like dealing here but just can’t. Bought new 2024 Tahoe after poor prep on the new ride and handful of small details not being looked after properly I finally brought but just can’t. Bought new 2024 Tahoe after poor prep on the new ride and handful of small details not being looked after properly I finally brought it back for the first time (I live 2 hrs out of the city) was owed 2 free oil changes I have but 24,000 km on this since Dec as drive to hockey all over and US holiday this winter. Anyway was told they only honor the changes to 24,000 km which I’m just over. You guys are rediculous. I also own a 2019 corvette which I have been looking at upgrading. Don’t call me I will call you. Actually no I won’t. I guess you’re not into repeat customers just new suckers. More

I bought my Equinox from Lakewood and have every service done there. I have dealt with other service advisors but I like Jaimee Scully the best. This will be my second subpar review … I booked an appointment to get my 2015 Equinox serviced at Lakewood Chevrolet for Friday, April 5, 2024. Onstar reported a problem with my battery/starter connec appointment to get my 2015 Equinox serviced at Lakewood Chevrolet for Friday, April 5, 2024. Onstar reported a problem with my battery/starter connectivity. As it was due for an oil change, I requested an appointment to get both done. I brought the vehicle in at 07:30 AM that morning and would leave it while I attended other matters. I returned to the service department at 13:30 hrs that afternoon to check on the vehicle as I was in the vicinity. The oil change was completed; however, the battery/starter issue was yet to be looked at. I was informed that it wouldn’t be looked at until after 14:00 hrs at the earliest. If my vehicle needed parts, then the likelihood of getting my Equinox back that day would be slim. For six hours, Lakewood couldn’t find a technician to even check the condition of the battery or starter. I was very disappointed as I have been dealing with Lakewood for over 30 years and until recently, have experienced exceptional service. There was a time when my vehicles needed servicing, the condition would be assessed, parts ordered if needed and installed prior to end of day. That doesn’t happen anymore. I guess customer loyalty has doesn’t mean much anymore… More
