Sam has been great came in looking for a used online Ford Escape and ended up purchasing a rav4 have never owned a Toyota before and well I lm very happy. Awesome car buying experience! I just bought a brand new 2020 Rav4. I have never purchased a new vehicle before and was very nervous going into it. However, I am familiar with Toyot I just bought a brand new 2020 Rav4. I have never purchased a new vehicle before and was very nervous going into it. However, I am familiar with Toyota of Braintree. My family members have purchased their vehicles there before and had them serviced. They have always had nothing but positive things to say. The two gentlemen who assisted me were Bob Hadges, who I first contacted prior to coming in, and Sam Zaidan who was the salesman. Bob was quick to respond to my e-mails regarding setting up a time to come in and see the vehicle. He let me know ahead of time the pricing and inventory on the colors I was interested in viewing. Bob paired me with Sam, whom I have nothing but positive things to say about. Sam was very accommodating, not pushy, informative, and up front and honest about everything we discussed. He took away the stress and worry away from the car buying experience for me. I would highly recommend these two gentlemen to anyone visiting this branch. More

Pleasant experience We had an easy experience and got the car we wanted in the price range we had to be in. Sam was a courteous and friendly salesman who got us where we needed to be. We already had financing lined up but ToB was able to beat is by 0.4% so we went with them. Like all dealerships they really want you to get the extended warranty but at an extra $40 per month we declined. Overall a good experience and would give them repeat business. More

Fantastic! Absolutely easiest car purchase I've ever made! Sam was straightforward and very knowledgeable about every aspect of the car. Upon pick up, Sam helped link my phone to the car and gave a tutorial of the controls. Sam also ran through all items of my old car to make sure I didn't miss removing anything. This is not the closest dealership to me but it is totally worth the drive and will be buying from Sam again! Financing with Arthur was also informative and straightforward. This dealership has customer service mastered! More
