Although service took longer than expected, I was satisfied with the job they had done. Service department was friendly and quick to answer any questions I had. This was hands down the worse dealer experience I ever had. We walked in with our own financing and the vehicle we wanted already picked out. Five hours later we left. This dealer was the last I wanted to had. We walked in with our own financing and the vehicle we wanted already picked out. Five hours later we left. This dealer was the last I wanted to use based on a previous experience with them, but they were the only dealer with the color we wanted. Our bank required three standard forms for the financing. We were told several times they were sent and we were waiting for confirmation from the bank. I called the bank twice while we were there and they said they did not have all the papers. More waiting. We were then told we could fill out financing with Castle. We refused and opted to stay with our own financing. We waited longer and even offered to go home and come back. Finally in the fourth hour of waiting, we were suddenly summoned to the sales manager to sign paperwork which ironically was the paperwork the bank needed that supposedly had already been sent hours ago. During the paperwork with the sales manager, Tony, we were offered a 100:00 gas card if we would still give them a 10 in spite of all of the waiting! I didn’t answer him and already knew I was not leaving a 10 review. When we arrived home, I received a text from the dealer acknowledging delivery of the vehicle. Embedded was a survey giving the dealership all 10s fraudulently signed with my name by Alayiah. I refused the signature using the customer acknowledge option. The chaos didn’t end there. I learned in subsequent conversations with the bank, that the routing numbers submitted on the dealer paperwork for them to receive payment was submitted incorrectly which slowed being able to finalize the loan. Was this another effort to make us have to go back and do a loan through them?Further, they forgot to install the LoJack. Once it was, it did not work. It took 30 emails, a phone call, and two trips to the service department before the problem was resolved and was only resolved because I ended up calling LoJack two times during the process and they told me what to tell the dealership I needed. Terrible, terrible experience. More
