The sales man really took the time to make notes regarding the differences with my 2020 XLe to the 2021 Limited. He got in the car and showed me how to use all the different features. Really great experience! They honored the lower price when there was a discrepancy between Autotrader and their own website. Arrived at the dealership and was test-driving the car within a couple of minutes. Really liked the car. Our sales guy, Zuriel, was really quick, professional and very pleasant to deal with. He was able to answer all of my many questions and really valued my time. The form filling was done quickly, as was the finance application. After that, I went to sign the financing forms with Al Cramer. He was also very pleasant and very knowledgeable and took me through all the forms I needed to sign and explained them all very clearly, so I knew what I was signing. I was presented with all the warranty options and chose the option that was best for me with no sales pressure at all. Walked out with the car within an hour and a half or so. Great work guys, you were a pleasure to deal with! More
