I received a call from Jim Smith who was very helpful over the phone and answered all of the questions I had. I asked if I could make an appointment to see the car a couple of days later when I could drive over from Brandon. He said not a problem and asked if I needed directions and said they would be open late that evening. When I arrived, he was servicing another client and greeted me and said he would be right with me. The showroom is beautiful and we were able to sit down and discuss the car without a long wait. He gave me some printed information that I looked over asked for identification and we took the car for a drive. When we returned back to the lot, he looked at my trade in and had a quote in a matter of minutes for me. After a short negotiation, we agreed on a price went straight to finance and had everything signed. What a great experience! Jim was very professional, kept the process moving along and had the sale finished quickly and smoothly. I would recommend the dealership to anyone looking for the best in service and quality. More

I visited several dealers with different types of cars however crown Euro Cars was by far my favorite. My previous car I had for 8 years and was very nervous and scared as a young buyer. I came in with lots of requests, questions, and of course a budget. Zoltan Krempaszky was able to listen to what I shared, pick out what was important to me, and alleviated all the stress and nerves associated with the car buying process. I never felt pushed or rushed and he made it so that not only would I have options of the cars that I could purchase, but also a clear vision of the value associated with the features I would be paying for. During the few hours I spent at the dealership I was able to look at several different cars and receive a clear and knowledgeable answer for all of my questions. Mr. Klak stayed late that night to help me get the right financing for the car and was able to explain the small intricacies of how warrantees and coverage worked since this was my first time making these choices. I was most impressed overall by the fact that they were genuinely trying to help me find something that I loved, and I walked away with a Mercedes that I haven't been able to take my eyes off of. Im incredibly happy with the entire experience and hope to be able to buy from them again in the future! More
