This was our second time purchasing a car through Fred Anderson Nissan of Asheville. The first time, we had Zach and this second time around we had the pleasure of working with Isaiah Fox. Great experience and great service every time we have visited (purchasing, services, etc.) Isaiah helped us from the very beginning and answered all of our questions in a very swift manner. In the finance department, NJ really made us feel at home and helped for a fast process. And it was nice to see Zach again and learn that he had recently been promoted. Great group! More

Zack’s customer facing skills are the best in the business. He was very genuine and wanted to be sure that I liked the car and its features before buying. He took the time to go over the paperwork wi business. He was very genuine and wanted to be sure that I liked the car and its features before buying. He took the time to go over the paperwork with me and be sure that I knew my rights as a car buyer. Before meeting Zack, my husband and I actually stopped by the lot on a Sunday. Blake happened to stop by to check on the facility and offered to show us around. He was also so knowledgeable about the Nissan models, even bringing one into the service area out of the rain so I could check it out. He was so nice and considerate that it made me want to buy a car from Fred Anderson Nissan of Asheville. Both Zack and Blake made my car buying experience pleasurable. More
