Exceptional service. I have the road hazard warranty for my tires so I travel from Ft Pierce to this facility. Zack Giaccobbe was my service advisor. When I come for servi I have the road hazard warranty for my tires so I travel from Ft Pierce to this facility. Zack Giaccobbe was my service advisor. When I come for service my friend and I plan on shopping instead of waiting. He explained the shuttle is gone but an Uber or Lyft driver would take us to the Outlet Mall. Gave me his card for our return ride. Zack informed me on service to be done, gave me my report when work was completed and did not try to sell me any unneeded work. He went to the parking lot to retrieve my car. My experience, as always, was a good one. More

Excellent service every time! Almost excellent I wanted to give a 5 star rating but the complimentary wash was horrible. I had somebody’s handprints on my windshield and the rear window was almost I wanted to give a 5 star rating but the complimentary wash was horrible. I had somebody’s handprints on my windshield and the rear window was almost as dirty as when I came in for service. As far as the service of my vehicle? Exceptional! More

Zak Giacobbe Makes Your Service Department Shine I have been to your service department many times of the past ten years for service on my Honda CR-V that I no longer own, and now for my company car, I have been to your service department many times of the past ten years for service on my Honda CR-V that I no longer own, and now for my company car, a 2017 Ford Escape. I have been so disappointed with service from two local Ford dealerships service departments, I thought to give Ed Morse a try. Zak has a good attitude, does not push for service I don't need, and makes the process appear seamless. I don't mind waiting, but I don't like approaching my "Service Consultant" after not seeing him for two hours, and he has a deer in the headlights look and cant tell me what is going on. Not the case with Zak, and he quickly helped me get a ride to the Enterprise lot to rent a car before they closed last week. To me, Zak is everything that the person in this role should be that I have never seen anywhere else, ever. I am a manufacturers factory rep where I wish more of the sales people I sold to had more of a service attitude like Zak. So, do what you can to keep him!!! More

Quick I was contacted by email that my car was due for regular service. When I contacted the service department the first thing they did was check for any r I was contacted by email that my car was due for regular service. When I contacted the service department the first thing they did was check for any recalls (none!) then asked when I would like to come in for servicing. I was in and out in 40 minutes, wow! More
