I have nothing bad to say about the sales experience. My rep, Eric, was friendly and knowledgeable and put me under no pressure to buy. When there was nothing in stock that I was interested in, he said he would continue to look for vehicles that fit my search criteria. The paperwork/finance portion took several hours, which wasn't ideal, but I'm sure that's not the typical experience. As far as the rest goes, we had some disagreements on trade value, but like my Grandpappy always used to say, the sign of a good negotiation is when both parties are mad, or happy, when all is said and done. That means everyone gave a little. More

This was the first time dealing with the New Prague dealership as I usually deal with the Roseville one. Zach Anderson and Joe Kennedy were absolutely fantastic! Very easy to communicate with from start to finish.
