I hate car shopping, and hate being hounded. This is honestly the first time I ENJOYED car shopping. We were referred to our salesman by someone leaving the dealership who had just bought their 3rd veh honestly the first time I ENJOYED car shopping. We were just looking for a future purchase we were intending to make in a few months, but ended up getting two new vehicles. First Visit with Scott Reineke was very friendly & knowledgeable on the CRV. Let us drive a 2011 & 2012.we liked them both,Scott did not pressure us in amy way.We decided on the 2011 because of the in knowledgeable on the CRV. We negotiated on a CRV with Dave and Zack Alexander felt no pressure,settled on a price and the tread in price of our car. No let me go back to the manager to see about the price ( Which I really don't like going back and forth from sales person then sales manager). They found a color my wife wanted from a different dealer,same price. Scott Barr was the Financial person also friendly. Went over all the paper work, made sure the wife and I understood everything.He took his time like we were the only customers there.
