Bait and Switch I visited this dealership due to the pricing they had on their website. Prior to going, I contacted a salesman and confirmed the price (including ask I visited this dealership due to the pricing they had on their website. Prior to going, I contacted a salesman and confirmed the price (including asking specifically about the rebates which were included). The salesman confirmed the pricing on their website. Upon traveling 4 hours to the dealership, they raised the price of the vehicle on me by nearly $5,000. They tried telling me this was due to rebates; however, after I showed them their website AND the salesman confirmed what he told me, they admitted the price they put on the internet was accurate and they were just raising the price. They then offered to sell me the vehicle for the price on their website. This is an unethical business practice and is designed to lure you to their dealership and then pressure you into paying more for a vehicle. I will never do business with a company that practices this type of bait and switch. More

Picking up my vehicle After my vehicle was repaired and upon pick up it was found that my key fob battery was dead. Both young gentlemen who work in service were very helpful. They sought out their supervisor, I suppose, who was seated in a sales room on his phone. When they told him the issue he was unbothered, shrugged his shoulders in a dismissive way and went back to playing on his phone while telling me I need to go to Walgreens. I told him he would need to get his life together and then expressed that I would go and speak with Zac. I found Zac and told him my problem and he said NOT A PROBLEM and changed my battery then and there! I did not even report the poor service from the employee to him as it seemed as though that person doesn't care too much about his job and may eventually find himself without one sooner than later on his own merit. Nevertheless once again I was taken care of when in need and made whole More

Excellent and quick process Within walking into the dealership we were immediately assisted. The sales rep Was wonderful and well exprienced.
