From the time I first contacted Jackie via internet sales and on, it was a great experience. Jackie was just as personable in person as she was on the phone. When I came to the dealership, she introduced me and on, it was a great experience. Jackie was just as personable in person as she was on the phone. When I came to the dealership, she introduced me to Chin to go over and test drive the vehicle we had discussed previously. Chin was knowledgeable, honest and easy to talk to. He laid out everything and did not pressure me to make a deal on the spot. Later in the day I returned with my wife so she could test drive the car before I made up my mind and instead of us having to wait until Chin was done with his current customer, he asked Mike Schweikert to help. Mike took my wife on her test drive then helped us out with getting the paper work going for our new purchase. We had a pretty good conversation going the whole time. When I picked up my new car, Chin ran through all I needed to know about my new car and sent me on to Gavin. Gavin was straight forward and made signing all the paper work seem to fly by. There were no hidden add-ons or special extras which I've had with every car dealership I have ever dealt with in the past. Together, they had me in and out of the dealership with my new car quickly. Chin took plenty of time to make sure we knew about all the features and benefits that the car had to offer, he even showed us how to link our cell phones to the cars bluetooth system by linking my wife's phone. Executive Kia, you have a great salesman on your team, but more importantly, a salesman who is proud, and passionate about what he does...those are truly two qualities that you rarely find in a car salesman. Chin found one for us, we traded in our car and received a new 2013 Kia Soul at a good price.Chin help with all the paper work and than told us soul. You couldn't find friendlier or knowledgeable people any better. All questions were answered and we got a fair deal. The KIA Forte beat out 4 other cars that we were considering.
