I made all the arrangements to buy my new Tund I cannot say enough about Salesperson Meagan Dozier, who went above and beyond for me at every turn!!! I made all the arrangements to buy my new Tundra through Meagan by only using the telephone and text messaging. After sending Meagan all the required information about my trade and the type of vehicle I was wanting to purchase, we agreed to a price over the phone. A month later after my truck was built, I went to Toyota of Tampa Bay to pick it up and everything they promised me a month earlier was exactly what I got and the truck was flawless!!! NO SMOKE AND MIRRORS AND CERTAINLY NO BAIT AND SWITCH AT THIS DEALERSHIP!!! Meagan truly cares about her customers!! I also have to give an enormous thanks to Franco and Dan in finance for making the financial part of the experience a smooth and easy one. From the time we (my cousin, my daughter and I) walked in until we left Alan, Mark Caivano and Yamil Franco were friendly, helpful and gave exceptional service. The fact that Alan B. and Mark C. have called me several times to make sure I was okay with my new car was mind blowing. (I went from a 2005 to a 2016 major difference).
