Xochi went above and beyond. Great to work with and has all the qualities of a good salesman. Sadly, our naïveté cost us thousands of dollars. We purchased a used Sequoia and didn’t think to ask to see the sticker price or VIN. Therefore, once we got home and I saw the sticker price I was decimated. We paid $10k over sticker and basically gave away my 2020 Rav4 plus another $5k down. Live and learn and we learned the hard way. Makes me sick to think about it. More

We had some major mechanical issues within just a few days after purchase. Landers Service had our vehicle for 34 days after we had barely had it. A very frustrating experience but Xochi made it so much days after purchase. Landers Service had our vehicle for 34 days after we had barely had it. A very frustrating experience but Xochi made it so much better. He was very involved and we honestly probably involved him more than we should have but he never once made us feel like a burden. He was very empathetic and went to bat for us as much as possible. He made a rough situation more bearable. In the end, Landers took care of us but without Xochi as our salesman, I’m not sure we would’ve seen it through. Thank you, Xochi. I hope Landers knows what they have in you. More

We called several dealers after we decided on a Corolla and they were the first to let us know, that though they had none in stock, they had some coming that we could reserve. We had already had financing and they were the first to let us know, that though they had none in stock, they had some coming that we could reserve. We had already had financing secured, but that finance company did not have a contract with Landers, but that was not a problem. They went above and beyond in not only securing us a loan, but even at a slightly better rate. An Excellent sales and finance team there! Would highly recommend! More

Excellent customer service vehicle wise. Financing department is VERY SLICK with selling extended warranties "for only $20/month more!" and give you a flashy benefits chart that SEEMS like Financing department is VERY SLICK with selling extended warranties "for only $20/month more!" and give you a flashy benefits chart that SEEMS like an absolute no-brainer. Until you realize it's $20 more per month FOR AN EXTRA YEAR of financing. $500 for 3 years jumped to $520 for 4 years. Read everything clearly before you sign something. More

Went in to the dealership with a sour taste because the person I originally was going to work with was extremely unresponsive.
