Let's be honest., nobody likes car shopping. I went with certain expectations and I am a natural born a**hole when it come to haggling. In her words, " change your mind as much as you want to, It's your car and you should be 100% completely satisfied with your purchase. " She made car shopping the most enjoyable experience Anyone could ever have. If you are looking to buy and don't go see Pamela, then you will never know what 100% customer satisfaction truly is!!! And then, of course, after you agree to a deal, you have to go see the dreaded Finance dept. But, then you meet Torie and she just put everything out on the table, explained all your options and let you decide. Never did she try to push anything on us and made sure, again, That car buying at Garcia Subaru North is truly the only way to get 100% customer satisfaction. Also, do not forget to see Aubrey, who started the car buying conversation and made sure that we got exactly what we were looking for in this whole Wonderful experience!!! More

Walked in on a Saturday evening about 30 minutes before closing time. Ben was eager to help us test drive the vehicle we were interested in and answered all questions we had. He assisted us throughout the closing time. Ben was eager to help us test drive the vehicle we were interested in and answered all questions we had. He assisted us throughout the application and finance process without any pressure and was more than willing to explore all of our options to make the deal work. Overall, great buying experience and everybody in the office was friendly and attentive. I highly recommend Ben and his team. More

The dealership was clean, neat and busy. The busy part helped make our decision. Jeromy greeted us with a genuine smile and made us feel welcome. The transition to a more experienced salesman, Ray, went smoothly. I was very happy with the test drive and Ray’s demeanor. He was patient and answered questions with confidence and knowledge. I attempted a lane change and another car moved into the same lane with no signal. I was forced to move back into my original lane with no problem. Ray remained as calm as a driver’s Ed teacher. The transition to the finance department wasn’t as smooth. I have no problem with her performance, but this is where we learned that two years of free maintenance on the dealership was not free. Be prepared for the additional sales pitch for add ons and additional warranty. More

Ray was a delight to work with and was patient and considerate in my decision making process which involved 3 vehicles over two days. It was a great experience. I HATE buying a car. I went in, steeled for the shmooze & instead was greeted by the best car salesman ever, Wrx the cutest dog ever! Talk about an ice breaker! Pamela made the process super easy. My experience with Pamela Razo at Garcia Subaru North was exceptional. She is the best salesperson I have ever worked with. She never pressured me, and I mean never. She spoke highly of Aubry her general manager and, although I did not get to meet her, I know the good service I get always trickles down from the top and how employees are treated. I also worked with Michael in Finance, another kind person who did not pressure me and explained things well. I highly recommend Garcia Subaru North. My husband and I bought a 2021 Crosstrek and we felt the price was very good for a new SUV. I didn't get to meet WRX Forester, the company dog, but I could tell he brings joy to the employees and customers. I love any dog friendly place! More
