I had previously purchased a used vehicle for my son back in June 2011, and that was my first experience with Steve Landers Chrysler Dodge Jeep. At that time, I dealt with the same two employees, Winston Ma in June 2011, and that was my first experience with Steve Landers Chrysler Dodge Jeep. At that time, I dealt with the same two employees, Winston Marshall and Mike ?, whom I also dealt with today. The experience was great, and I told Winston that I would return when I was ready to purchase a new vehicle for myself. That time came today... I returned to this dealership because of the excellent service, good deal, and quick customer service I received on that day in June. All the times I have purchased vehicles in the past, and being a single female, I have never walked away from having made a purchase in which I felt good about the experience until back in June and again today. Thanks to both of these men for their professionalism, yet friendliness and comfortability, their "no nonsense" attitude, and their desire to make sure I was happy with my vehicle and the overall experience. Last time I recommended to others to shop this dealership; this time I will recommend to others; and in the future, I will shop again at Steve Landers Chrysler Dodge Jeep. I had no intention on buying a car today. I just went to go see the pricings on the Jeep Grand Cherokees and to see what they had. After running a few numbers and test driving the 2013 Jeep Grand Cherokee, go see the pricings on the Jeep Grand Cherokees and to see what they had. My parents recently purchased a 2013 Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo as a college present for me and I couldn't love it more! Everyone at the dealership was very nice and friendly, and as I'm new to car buying, I was pleasantly shocked to find that we even received a tin of cookies in the mail! I would definitely recommend shopping at the Steve Landers in Little Rock, the employees work hard to find you what you want and are extremely friendly throughout the process. More
