This dealership was by far one of the easiest going and helpful dealerships I dealt with. After not having a car payment and not shopping for a vehicle in over 10 years they took the time to answer all my helpful dealerships I dealt with. After not having a car payment and not shopping for a vehicle in over 10 years they took the time to answer all my questions and review my options (over and over again) with no hesitation or pressure. Anytime I was introduced to a new member of the team throughout the buying process I felt comfortable and received the same caring, understanding service. Helpful. Did not feel like I was trying to be sold something I did not want. Salesman (Dess Dobrosi) was very nice to us, he answered clearly all our questions and explained to us every tiny details a something I did not want. Salesman (Dess Dobrosi) was very nice to us, he answered clearly all our questions and explained to us every tiny details about the car, about the contract and everything we need to know. We felt comfortable to talk to him and he made us feel comfortable while spending time at the dealership. The best thing was they did not try and sell all these worthless add-ons. I love my Cadillac! Will return there the next time I am in need of a car. More
