Ever since bringing my car in for routing maintenance, there is a vibration/rattle when I press the button to turn the ignition off. I never experienced this prior to my last service and it is really ups there is a vibration/rattle when I press the button to turn the ignition off. I never experienced this prior to my last service and it is really upsetting as I take such good care of my vehicle. I have left two messages for my service advisor and he has not responded. I guess I will just have to call to schedule a new appointment and wait the ridiculous 6-8 weeks for an available appointment. :-( More

I did not provide good service. I’m disappointed with the service. They laying with the oil change & filter change. They charge for tires rotation but they don’t did that. I made an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation at 10am. I wasn't checked in until 10:30, and it still took them 3 hours because they overbooked.
