I felt like the employees were very knowledgeable and easily able to answer my questions. Also, they seemed to really listen to the information I gave them about what things were important to me and use easily able to answer my questions. Also, they seemed to really listen to the information I gave them about what things were important to me and used that information to help me choose the right vehicle for me. It was a sat and they were very busy but managed to not leave me feeling rushed or pushed. William was very helpful and took his time and let me find the right car for me and our needs. Pricing and payment leave me feeling rushed or pushed. William was very helpful and took his time and let me find the right car for me and our needs. Pricing and payments were easy and quick and I was shocked because I was expecting to fight it out since the other dealers tried to sell me all these "ADD ON" features. They all told me one thing and did another..but Don Davis was a fresh change thankfully. The managers all let me know that if anything was needed I could contact them directly. I had a flat two weeks later and went back to the dealership and they fixed it free. I don't imagine I would buy from anyone else but them from now on.. so long as I want a brand they sell. More
