Honda Cars was recommended to me by a friend. I first spoke with Will, who was incredibly gracious and immediately paired me up with my sales rep, Robert. Robert was not only professional, but very kind throughout the process. He was engaged and extremely helpful. When closing the finances on the car, I met with Steven. He was jovial and made signing my name one hundred times a lot of fun. When I had questions, Steven was patient and walked me though the numbers until I had a clear understanding of them. Lastly, we purchased chrome running boards for our Pilot that had to be ordered. When they arrived, Preston from service helped me. I dropped my car off on a busy Sat. morning and Preston still managed to get them added to my car in 2 hours! Thank you Will and Honda Cars - you all rock! We had a wonderful experience! I had a Honda CRV prior to purchasing this 2011 one and have been very pleased with the 2008 one and I hope that I will be as equally happy with the 2011.
