When I stopped in on Saturday, I was just in the very early stages of car shopping and narrowing down what I wanted. JD met me out in the parking lot and was so friendly and approachable - a WELCOMED departure from the pushy tactics I experienced at a neighboring dealership. He was upfront about what the cost would be - and then he made it happen. The manager was also extremely friendly and helped me accomplish my goals. Will helped with the paperwork and he kept it light, fun, and moving fast. I was in and out of there within 90 minutes. It was the easiest and more pleasurable car buying experience I have had so far. More

I went into the dealership on a whim, as I have no previous experience with the Mazda brand. Matt was the first person to ask if he could help me - and was instantly willing to get a car to test drive. He was understanding and easy going; he knew I had a fairly strict budget and certain features that were "must-haves" for my new car. His regular check-ins with me over the next few days, came with suggestions from his inventory and other creative solutions to get the best car for my money. I appreciate his efforts so much and am grateful for his knowledge and guidance throughout the process. I am the proud new owner of a fabulous CX-5 and owe it to Matt's hard work and patience. More
