He was quick to get back to us when we had questions and was very accommodating to our needs. It was a very relaxed process with no pressure to make a decision. Once we decided to buy, the service did not stop. We asked if they could fix a few rock chips and Sue in the service department made sure I was looked after right away. Kam was also great by making sure l had a loaner vehicle even though all their loaners were out. He ended up giving me his car to use and insisted on it.. GREAT SERVICE. More

In the end, I decided to sell the car as is, but still got an excellent price for it! Once we decided to buy and agreed on a price. we transitioned to the finance department and Gurj was very informative and helpful, and also patient, then we moved to the insurance guy who was quick and efficient in getting the insurance transferred. What impressed me most was after the sale was complete, the entire team we dealt with continued to answer our questions, help us transfer our stuff to the new car, and took the time to show us how ever single feature worked, which there was a lot of them. and again after the deal was done and we were leaving the dealership, my wife noticed they were giving away free pots and pans for new car purchases, our car was a year old. but the sales manager Wes Upton overheard her and said he would love to give her a set of new pots and pans, I think she was more exited about that than getting the car. he friendliness and the friendliness of everyone we dealt with has set a new standard for car dealers and car salesmen everywhere. Very Good Experiences I was looking to buy a car, went there in two consecutive weekends, ended buying there. Talked to sales, narrowed down the choices, picked the winner, negotiated price, drove home the new purchase, good experiences all round. People there are quite friendly, very reasonable. My car has remote fobs missing, they made arrangement to get it serviced at a GM dealership. Great service too, I have to say. Overall, I would personally recommend Key West Ford for everyone in the market for a vehicle, new or used. More
