Being a 24 year old female shopping by myself I had some unpleasant expeinces at other car dealerships. When I got to Coulter I was treated with respect and taken seriously. Wes was very professional and made the test drive and financing discussions very pleasant. He took the time to help me weigh out different options (buying vs leading) and kept my budget in mind. I highly recommended working with Wes to anyone who is car shopping. I love my new Buick Encore! More

Very knowledgeable and professional staff. I have purchased 4 vehicles from Coulter GMC in Phoenix, AZ. 3 GMC Trucks and a Hummer H2 and they always have the best price. The sales staff are k I have purchased 4 vehicles from Coulter GMC in Phoenix, AZ. 3 GMC Trucks and a Hummer H2 and they always have the best price. The sales staff are knowledgeable and professional. However, after buying my vehicles the most important part has been the service without service being excellent purchasing the vehicles would not be a benefit, which has not been the situation. If they were not truly as excellent as I have described I would not buy vehicles from them and they would tell that I expect that excellent standard from them. Bill Coulter and his team definitely deserve credit for their accomplishments. More
