I recently brought a 2019 Nissan Altima from Criswell. Mr. Wayne and James Cook were amazing. They worked really hard to get me into the car I wanted and they went above and beyond my expectations. Came in to get a Rogue. Mr Wayne Crabbe helped and worked VERY hard to get me in the 2015 Rogue and it took a couple of days, but I am now the proud owner of the Rogue!! Mr Crabbe was a HUGE reason I worked VERY hard to get me in the 2015 Rogue and it took a couple of days, but I am now the proud owner of the Rogue!! Mr Crabbe was a HUGE reason I got the car!! As soon as we signed the paperwork EVERYTHING went downhill from there! For reference we bought a 2015 Nissan Rogue May 1, 2021. After signing it was close to their closing time so copies of all paper downhill from there! For reference we bought a 2015 Nissan Rogue May 1, 2021. After signing it was close to their closing time so copies of all paperwork were not given to us on a flash drive as they specified. We had to call multiple times to have them mailed to us. After purchasing we were told our tags/license plate would be sent to us in about 2-4weeks. Two months and two expired tag tickets later and STILL no tags/plates. We called multiple times and FINALLY got someone on the phone and the said we needed to get an inspection done and send it to them. Fine, but we were NEVER told this prior. We get the inspection done and send it to 3 different people and still no response, and it’s been a whole month! We are still till this day calling and leaving voicemails that are NEVER returned and sending emails that are NEVER replied to in order to get the status of our tags/plates since we’ve submitted our inspection. I WOULD NEVER BUY A CAR FROM HERE AGAIN More

The General Manager, Gene Lopez is fantastic, I really appreciate the dea followed him from Tischer Nissan to Ourisman Nissan now to Criswell Nissan. I did not plan to trade in my 2017 Sentra, but I love my 2020 Rogue. More
