Wish I was informed of the extended warranty prior to purchasing. Felt like I was strong armed to purchase onsite so I did and was told I could not add on later. The following week I found a more extensi purchasing. Felt like I was strong armed to purchase onsite so I did and was told I could not add on later. The following week I found a more extensive warranty. I now have to cancel and repurchase. The sales and closing was quick and efficient and will consider purchasing from Secor again but I’ll be more educated More

Unfortunately, the car had chips in the paint that I did not see when I picked it up. How they were not seen when they prepped the car for pick up, I don't know. Unfortunately, I looked over the car in the garage and the chips did not stand out until I got the car home and in the sun. Rob Dupont was helpful in getting the process started with the Secor Body Shop to get the chips fixed, but it all fell apart from there. Chips in the paint became lumps in the paint, overspray on the cladding and an interior full of sanding dust. Back to the Body Shop and then it comes back with some kind of gray and black flecks all through the paint on the bumper and bumperguard and new chips along the hatch. Back to the Body Shop again and now there are smudges in the paint underneath the clearcoat by the fuel door and above the doors on the passenger side. The Body Shop had my car for 5 weeks and every time I got it back there was a new problem. Secor may consider Sales and Body Shop to be two separate, distinct entities, however, as a customer, I see the 'Secor' name as an umbrella and have the same high expectations across the board. While the actual purchase experience was fine, from there it was all downhill. More
