We had been discussing buying a new car, but weren't planning to purchase right away. But Warren and Shawn answered our questions with no fuss and gave us straight answers about our trade and our financ planning to purchase right away. But Warren and Shawn answered our questions with no fuss and gave us straight answers about our trade and our financing possibilities. We had done research on the car we purchased before we came to the dealership, so we knew what we should expect to pay--it was great to have those expectations met.
