Very disappointed in the way things were taken care of . I understand that supply was low but I did start the process of ending my lease before that happened and no one there seemed interested. I wound up leasing a car that I really didn’t want and far less features than any car I’ve had in years and for more money. As far as the financing be careful! They must have some sort of arrangement with Hudson Valley Credit Union cause I have always used Chrysler Capital and when I got there they put it through Hudson Valley after me telling them to go through CC. Turns out they opened a bank account through them for me without my permission! They also do not offer the same incentive that CC offers and will cost me more money in the long run! I don’t even think it’s legal to do what they did so I am following up on that. Buyer beware! Ask a lot of questions cause it’s your money they are playing with. More

Walter Skinner was my salesperson. He was nice to me throughout the purchase of JGC Laredo Limited. Two days later car started to have a sour smell, probably coolant leak into a/c system. Negotiations were pleasant- salesperson was not pushy, no huge or hidden fees. It is a small dealership where all the employees are friendly which makes the car buying experience painless. The finance manager was also very friendly and made sure all our needs were met. We met the owner of the dealership and he was also very nice. The used car was in very good condition and was serviced well. You may wonder how will the dealer treat me once I pay and drive off? We had a small issue after picking up the car and the used car manager made sure everything was handled right away and that we were happy. That is what you want when you buy a car from a dealership. Love the car and would not hesitate to purchase another vehicle from this dealership. More
