Mac met us outside while we were browsing vehicles, and immediately we were taken by his warm, welcoming personality. He answered all of our questions and tried to discern what our needs were. We had a pretty good idea what we were looking for, and Mac made sure we had all the information about every vehicle we were interested in seeing. We test drove two vehicles and decided on one to purchase. The paperwork process was smooth, and again, Mac took care of us while we filled out forms and waited. We came back later in the afternoon to pick up the vehicle and finish paperwork, and Walter in Finance was so very helpful and friendly as well. We are very happy with both our purchase and our experience at North Olmsted CJDR, and we will be recommending them to our friends and family! More

From Anthony helping me figure out my trade in and getting me to my ideal payment, to Nick being awesome showing me various models and teaching me about all the option packages, to Walter sealing the deal with financing and his clear communication of what I was “signing up” for. This dealership was great to work with and all of the people I encountered at all stages of my purchase were friendly, kind, outgoing & caring.
