So far this was my worst experience at Trinity. I went in for them to correct an issue with my tire monitoring system. A problem that occurred when they sent out my wheels to be repaired. I went to I went in for them to correct an issue with my tire monitoring system. A problem that occurred when they sent out my wheels to be repaired. I went to pick up my truck and the rear right tire wasn’t reading or giving my tire pressure. I called and returned the next day and was told that a part needed to be ordered and it will BE fixed. I returned about two weeks later. Only to find out now they were unable to fix the problem and telling me that all the sensors are bad and that it happens and wasn’t covered by my tire warranty. I then explained this is not about my tire warranty. However the fact that all sensors were working before the work was done on my vehicle. However Walter didn’t seem to care one bit and just kept telling me that they are not going to cover it. I sat and waited for almost two hours, he also was on the phone trying to reach my tire warranty company. I said why does it even matter. The sensors are like $30-$60 just get it done and if anything bill me or bill the company they had worked on my wheels. However he pretty much ignored me. So I said since you can’t find the problem. Then just give me the truck and I’ll take it somewhere else. He drove the truck all the way out into the parking lot. Which over the last 2 years has never been done and walked away. I then knew this was personal and we had a problem. I reached out to the service manager Michael concerning what took place and he said he needed some time to think about his response. It’s been over two weeks and I still haven’t received an email response. More
