My experience had some mixed emotions. Beware of dealer fees, they are high. With the vehicle they included services that I may never use at a premium price. no option to opt out. Outside of that the buying experience was positive. Steven did a great job of keeping me posted thru the entire process. The vehicle I purchased had a few issues that I identified during the test drive. All of them where corrected. Recently a second key and radio replacement was installed in the vehicle. The service team arranged for a loaner for me to get to my office. I highly recommend Trinity Cadillac to anyone looking for a vehicle. I will do business again. More
