My wife and I were in the market for a new 2020 MDX to help start our family. Colleen was helpful in setting up a sales appointment; Walter helped provide us options and features to suit our needs. Although the price for the new MDX we desired wasn't initially within our budget, Walter graciously helped us get what we needed (and even wanted) along with help from managers Anthony and Vipin. We were pleased with the deal we got; also, Walter even took time to show us some of the new smartphone integrated features built in to the MDX's infotainment system. All in a days work! We were looking for 2020 Acura RDX for about 2 weeks. Local Acura dealerships in our area were not able to accommodate us for various reasons (mostly We were looking for 2020 Acura RDX for about 2 weeks. Local Acura dealerships in our area were not able to accommodate us for various reasons (mostly price + car availability in a trim and color we wanted). On Friday, July 31 we browsed Montclair Acura inventory and found the car we wanted at fair price. We contacted dealership online and shortly received a call from Kevin Polanco the internet manager. Kevin explained the potential deal we can make at Montclair and e-mailed a quote to us. After considering all pro and cons we decided to come over to conclude the deal. We worked with Walter Goldman and Vipin (sorry if we have misspelled your name). Both were professional, patient and helpful explaining everything about our transaction. There were no games with the price we received over the internet. We brought our Acura RDX home that same night. Couldn’t be happier with our purchase since we feel that we were treated honestly and got a fair deal. Thank you Montclair Acura! More
