I recommend working with Walter for the most straightforward, no hassle, buying/leasing experience anywhere. The staff at this dealership is impressive for their customer service. Everyone goes the extra mile here. We met Walter in 2015 and we leased a TLX from him. Our initial impression was odd since he didn't seem to sell us on anything. He was very matter of fact, and throughout the course of that visit I appreciated his forthright answers more and more. Since then we swapped the 2015 TLX for a 2018 version, and now we got an MDX to replace the Infiniti we plan to return next month. Yes, we cheated on Walter for one vehicle when we needed a 3rd row car with ample trunk space. Now that the kids are a tad older, we don't need as much space behind the 3rd row. More importantly, my wife was very unhappy with the Infiniti experience--no Apple or Android capability, duped into not getting blind spot monitoring, service associates that constantly tried to get us to purchase upgrades at every appointment etc. Couldn't be happier to stick with DCH & Walter! More
