This is the second time I buy a car from this person. I drove over 60 miles just to deal with him because he professional and helpful when it comes to the process. And he is very polite and patient. Mike is a Top Notch Salesman! ! I was in the market to replace my 2016 X5 and found a 2021 X5 on line that I was interested in. I called BMW of Freehold and was put in touch with M ! I am from Syracuse, NY so I was hoping that this process would go smoothly. Mike exceeded all expectations and a deal was done within 24 hours!!! I drove in to pick up my new ride and was driving home within 2 hours! Mike was upfront and honest, available to answer all of my questions, provided great customer service, and there were no hidden fees when I got there.
