I enjoy my work and everyone I come in contact with seems to notice. I have the honor to be a humble steward and get to assist people in what can be one of the best experiences life has to offer. Whether it's Coming of Age, Necessity, Reward for Success, or just time for something newer. I have found that everyone is only seeking the best fit for their budget and lifestyle. I personally feel a great sense of purpose when I have helped my customer finally find the perfect vehicle that meets their needs and budget. I can see the calming scene of relief that they have made a decision and are comfortable & happy. Now they can get back to the real important things in life. Knowing that my customers have trusted me with such a great responsibility and I have saved them a whole lot of time and money fills me with a purpose filled joy of a job well done. Awesome customer service I was looking for a car for my daughters graduation. Looking at multiple makes and models from other dealerships. The customer service experience we I was looking for a car for my daughters graduation. Looking at multiple makes and models from other dealerships. The customer service experience we received from Will and everyone we came in contact with was fantastic!! We did not purchase a car on our initial visit because we wanted to test drive other vehicles. Will followed up with us by phone and text but not in a harassing way. No high pressure sales. It was great!! Joe the sales manager was awesome and gave a very personal and informative experience. If you're in the market, I highly recommend buying your car from them. More

Duval Acura I came in to test drive an ILX as I currently have a TSX and was considering buying a new car. Willie greeted us upon our arrival and took us to Bobby I came in to test drive an ILX as I currently have a TSX and was considering buying a new car. Willie greeted us upon our arrival and took us to Bobby Baucan (salesman I spoke with on phone before driving here) he took me on a test drive. He was so knowledgeable about the car and explained the differences in my TSX and the ILX. Everyone here was so pleasant... met Joe who graciously thanked us for coming in. Definitely a 5star car dealership in my opinion! More

The Salesman Made the Experience! I went to look at an RDX and liked it a lot. Will took the time to show me every single feature and even made me use them so that he knew I understood I went to look at an RDX and liked it a lot. Will took the time to show me every single feature and even made me use them so that he knew I understood them. I am very grateful for that and fell in love with the car. The buying process was very easy but as with any car buying process, it took a while and I was starting to get hungry. Will was very attentive and showed me where I could get complimentary snacks and drinks. I used to HATE sales people but Will and Joe certainly softened my impression. I wouldn't even call them salesmen, they presented themselves more as a customer service representative. Will also introduced me to my service writer and made sure I had everyone's number so I could easily reach them if I needed anything to. I went to Duval Acura because I previously had a good experience there and based on my experience yesterday with Will and Joe, I will most definitely be back. I highly recommend Will, Joe and the amazing team at Duval Acura. They will look out for you and will not let you down. More
