Avoid if possible If you do decided to buy a car here ask for Sean he was amazing. The fiance guys and sales managers all the way up to the GSM made my expirence ho If you do decided to buy a car here ask for Sean he was amazing. The fiance guys and sales managers all the way up to the GSM made my expirence horrible. I was told they were doinig me a favor and threw the fact that I had horrible credit in my face. I spent 2 days trying to purchase a car i wanted only to have to deal with them adding 2000 to my loan I was borrowing from the bank to get a bigger up front payment with out my knowledge. Then when I pointed it out I felt like they were doing me a favor. Spent 3 hours yelling and asking for my down payment back before I gave up and left with a vehical. Not an honorable dealership. Avoid if possible. More

What happened? I always used to get excellent service from fuccillo kia i have been going to them for over 3 years and have purchased two cars from them. The last ti I always used to get excellent service from fuccillo kia i have been going to them for over 3 years and have purchased two cars from them. The last time I came, I didnt like my service, and the manager said give us another chance. I just went and i got even worse service than the last time. Now im questioning if I should go back. I can get subpar service anywhere. More
