We dealt with Vladimir for the sale and he was great! He answered our questions and lead us to a confident car buying experience. The rest of the staff was helpful and personable when we were there as well. There was an issue with the car we needed fixed and I will say their warranty program is the best! They worked with us to trouble shoot the problem and at no time did we feel they wouldn't stand by the product they sold. I will refer friends and family to them in the future absolutely! We are actually going to need another car soon and Sevan will be our first and likely only stop. Their inventory is great; a diverse selection so anyone could find what they are looking for. I really cannot say enough about how great our experience was. Keep up the good work! You definitely took the stress out of used car shopping! More

Took some time. I got the Ford Fusion I wanted for a price I could afford, but unfortunately I found the next day that the SYNC system was not working, and upon takin I got the Ford Fusion I wanted for a price I could afford, but unfortunately I found the next day that the SYNC system was not working, and upon taking it to Ford and paying to have them diagnose the problem, I also was told that the tires and brake pads were very worn. Sevan quickly fixed the the tires and brake pads, and looked into the SYNC system. Four months after making my purchase and after many trips back and forth to Sevan, I finally have a fully functioning vehicle. Sevan made sure they fixed the issue with my vehicle and made things right. The only other issue we had was that we were not told upfront that there was only one key to the vehicle, being told it was in "perfect condition," which to us means two keys. Ameilia, Vladimir, and Eduardo were very helpful throughout the process. More
