I wanted a 2023 M440i and was ready to buy the car from Brahman and was working with a salesman for several weeks to build the car I wanted and made an appointment last Saturday to come down and put in my Brahman and was working with a salesman for several weeks to build the car I wanted and made an appointment last Saturday to come down and put in my order. It was then that he informed me that there is a $10,000 "market adjustment" added to the MSRP of the car. I was never informed of this before and wasted my time coming all the way there when they could've told me this before. I find this remarkably unprofessional. This so called "market adjustment" is just a form of remarkable greed by Brahman to take advantage of the lack of supply. Frankly this makes their dealership look highly unethical. I called every dealership in south eastern Florida and not one is charging an extra $10k on top of MSRP. The few that were charging $5k told me that they would even waive the markup. I went to the dealership that is charging zero above MSRP and purchased not only a car for myself but my friend came along and purchased a new x5. My girlfriend will be purchasing an X5 in three months from this dealership when her current lease expires. Brahman lost the sale of three new vehicles due to greed. Nice job More

Looking at BMWs published lease prices I we r in to lease a 8 series coupe . Loved the car . On line it’s $999 for monthly payments on 36 month lease. I was asked $1750 for 5000 miles per year and higher c a 8 series coupe . Loved the car . On line it’s $999 for monthly payments on 36 month lease. I understand cars in short supply but what’s published and what’s been asked ( telling me taxes r not included in published rates ) super disappointing . Buyer beware. Leased a Mercedes dealer Coral Gables and looking for a second car. Definitely won’t consider Braman . More

What an awful experience!! Went there yesterday to sell my friend’s 2019 BMW Z4 with 4k miles, the car is a lease, so by BMW rules we have to sell it to BMW franchise store, he had an appointment with sale my friend’s 2019 BMW Z4 with 4k miles, the car is a lease, so by BMW rules we have to sell it to BMW franchise store, he had an appointment with sales person Vitalii, who was very helpful, but told us that he will have a used car manager look at the car and give us an offer, I mentioned to him that I am in the car business and am a appraisal manager at a high volume used car operation, and please let him know that not to low ball the offer, after 30 min he comes back and says yes we are interested to buy your car and the offer is $41k, wow, compare to Other entities we got offers of anywhere from $48 to over $50!!, I asked to talk to the used car manager that looked at the car, what a mistake!! The worst experience! Used car manager by the name of Manuel Soltero was introduced to us, and I asked him, what parameters he looked at to reach his offer, and he got very rude and talking to me like I don’t know anything! Wow Mr. Mike Rodriguez these are the type of people you promote to management?? Very disappointed!! There was no reason for him to handle the situation the way he did, I made one phone call to south motors and got an offer of $48k, $7k higher and excellent treatment! Please take your business to a place that know how to treat you! And be fair! I felt like they expected me to pay for the nice showroom and their expenses! More
