Buying a Lexus was a day of fun Buying my Lexus was not like any other car buying experience I’ve had. I actually had a wonderful day with Virginia. It was the first time we had met Buying my Lexus was not like any other car buying experience I’ve had. I actually had a wonderful day with Virginia. It was the first time we had met but I felt like I knew her for years. She was very personable and we had a lot of laughs together. I looked at several cars and went for a couple test drives but I just couldn’t find that right fit. After spending the morning me, Virginia knew what I was looking for. There was a Lexus being inspected and wasn’t available for customers yet so she took me to lunch. When we came back the vehicle was ready and now I am a proud owner of my Lexus. If it was for Virginia taking the extra time with me and really listening, I would have went elsewhere. Thank you! More

New car purchase I went to Lexus of Melbourne to check measurements of RX 350 to see if it would fit in my garage, surprisingly this young lady greeted at the door and I went to Lexus of Melbourne to check measurements of RX 350 to see if it would fit in my garage, surprisingly this young lady greeted at the door and offered to help. After several minutes she showed me several vehicles, then ask if I would like to take one for a test ride. After we returned she ask what you think. Next thing I know I had bought a new Lexus SUV. If you are out browsing around not knowing what you are looking for, stop by Lexus of Melbourne and ask for Virginia she will take care of you. She is very Friendly and Professional. More
