I had extensive back and forth with the rep about my car and situation. I was very clear that I had received quite a few far too low dealer offers, that I had done my research, and that I knew what the car was worth in the pristine condition it was. The rep assured me that they would not waste my time. We agreed on ballpark number with the caveat that they would need to inspect my car at one of their locations to ensure everything was as I described. I agreed, called ahead to make sure everyone was on the same page, and took my car to Temple Hills as instructed. Once there, I showed them the message string with their rep and again tried to ensure that everyone was on the same page. They made me wait for over an hour and then tried to con me into the lowest dealer offer that I had received to date, which wasn't even in the same universe as what the rep and I had been discussing. No one took full responsibility for this completely unacceptable situation that I done everything in my power to avoid. It was blatant manipulation and trying to take advantage of a woman they thought they thought they could rip off and outsmart. I left and went to another MD dealer I had been in contact with, who without hesitation upon inspection, gave me the no-hassle, fair price for the vehicle I had been asking for. Eastern Automative Group is dishonest, disreputable, and even had the audacity to call me recently to ask if I was still interested in purchasing a vehicle. You can imagine how well that call went. Save your time and sanity and avoid these crooks at all cost. I now understand how it's possible that one of their sales reps was showing me pictures of a massive warehouse full of rare cars that the owner of the company has. More

Two weeks after purchasing my vehicle I noticed that the brakes and rotors needed to be changed, I Arrived at the shop about 10:15 they open at 10. They were accommodating about resolving the issue but made brakes and rotors needed to be changed, I Arrived at the shop about 10:15 they open at 10. They were accommodating about resolving the issue but made it seem like they were doing me a favor after purchasing a $32,000 car. After about waiting two hours I periodically checked in with different members of the team, no one could give me an update on how much longer I need to wait. Five hours later I got extremely upset that no one came to check in to tell me how much longer it would be, for the repairs. It was very unprofessional! If things were properly communicate it I could’ve dropped the car off left and came back, multiple employees were working at the time no one was really busy and no one could give me an update on how much longer I will have to wait. I waited a total of seven hours to get brakes and rotors repaired. It was also other issues going on with the car, I voice my opinion to the Manager he was supposed to follow up with me within 2 to 3 business days I still have not heard anything back. It has now been over a week. More
