Even the test drive was great, as they literally handed me the keys and told me to go have fun. Really liked my experience with North Penn and was ultimately satisfied with my purchase, both in terms of the car I got and the price I paid. More

I was looking on Cars and Car Gurus and found a CPO 2012 Mazda 3s Grand Touring. it was within an hour from my house so I went and checked it out Sunday. liked it so I went back with my girlfriend. We went back and we're looking around. I have a big pet peeve of getting hounded by salesmen before getting out my car. we were looking at the car and a ten minutes pass and Vinny comes out and asks about my interests. I told him my financial situation, what I can afford and so forth. it was raining and he asked to go inside to get numbers down. we verified everything and he confidently told me, it can happen. being upside down in my car and hearing similar things from other dealers and being let down, it really did happen. hassle free test drive is the real deal. it was a pleasant experience and I wish my last two times buying a car was this easy and painless. everything was ran and I had confirmation in a few hours. I couldn't be happier with my experience here. they listen to your interests and didn't push anything like typical dealers do. you know how they always try to get you in a brand new car! that wasn't the case. North Penn and Vinny were friendly, honest, understanding and pleasant to work with. they even told me I didn't need as much money down that I offered to get where I wanted. they didn't suck it up like others. I really wish to business with them again. I recommend, the reviews and ratings don't lie. thank you everyone there! I'll be for sure enjoying my new car! More

I stopped by on a rainy night and Vinny was glad to round up the car I wanted to drive, and believed me when I said I wasn't there to buy that night. He gave me all the info I needed and gave me a gentle follow-up the next day and tipped the scales towards my purchase. I live almost an hour from the dealership, we did a lot of the transaction by phone and the credit ap was done on line. I was in and out of the dealership under an hour when I took delivery. The car was clean and ready to go, Vinny was informative and polite as was the young lady in the finance office. More

No tricks/no hassles I drove out to North Penn Mazda from Philadelphia after a bad experience with another dealership. Vinny was attentive and respectful. The sales manager listened to what I was looking for in terms of price, and beat the competition. The place operates efficiently without losing it's personal touch. Colleen in finance was adept with a multitude of financial forms while maintaining a positive attitude. I was a serious customer on the last day of the month during the hectic holiday shopping season and received prompt service. Overall, customer service was excellent with shuttle service enabling me to drop off my rental vehicle in the area, while they completed the paperwork. From the moment my husband and I entered the dealership, we were treated with the utmost professionalism and courtesy. Vinny didn't waste our time with constant negotiations and price bickering. A fair price was offered for my trade-in and my monthly lease rate was affordable. Vinny was very knowledgeable and patient when demonstrating the new technology involved in operating the vehicle.
