Lew provided a final purchase cost that was within my expectations and Mike provided a trade-in value for my vehicle that was also within expectations. Donna was very responsive and explained the finalization of the purchase of the vehicle. Lauren and Chu, although they were not directly working on our sale, took time to stop in and say Hello and thank us for our purchase. This is our 3rd personal purchase from this dealership.
