We had a pleasurable car buying experience!!! I would definitely recommend to my friends and family, in fact we have already!! They are very competitive with their pricing and work WITH the consumer. Kevin Raposo has an excellent sales approach. First, he is extrememly knowledgeable about the vehicles he is selling. In addition, he is very professional, honest, friendly and provides a low pressure sales environment. Kevin helped me secure the price I wanted to pay for the vehicle without any hassles. His customer service exceeded my expectations especially in regards to a truly honest trade-in valuation (a first in my many car buying experiences that involved a trade-in). Kevin did a great job helping me accessorize my new vehicle. His post sale vehicle presentation was extremely thorough. He also called me a couple days after the purchase to ensure complete satisfaction. Vincent Asermely is also very friendly, honest, and professional. He worked diligently to secure us an extremely great finanacing rate and made the closing of the sale very easy. He also did a very thorough job explaining the standard and extended warranty information. Overall, I am extremely happy with my new vehicle purchase from Elmwood Dodge-Chrysler-Jeep-Ram. More

I was looking for a new Jeep Wrangler for my wife and expected to purchase it from Somerset Jeep. I went there several times and knew exactly what options I wanted. My first salesman ws 'no longer with expected to purchase it from Somerset Jeep. I went there several times and knew exactly what options I wanted. My first salesman ws 'no longer with Somerset' when I returned. I told the second salesman what I wanted and he told me if they didn't have it in stock, it was too late in the model year for them to do a dealer swap so I would have to take what they had on the lot. Soooo, I went to Elmwood Dodge Chrysler Jeep. My first contact was an email which was received by James Bray. Then Nick Carey responded and he was extremely helpful. When I went to Elmwood in person, I was looking for Nick but, he had gone for the day. Nick had told me if he wasn't there I should see James, which I did. James in turn introduced me to Noel Tavarez. Noel was also very helpful and we were able to come to an agreement. I expected a little more for my trade but, with the refund from my extended warrantee, it's close enough. Not a great deal but, don't feel like I got ripped off. I told Noel that I had arranged my own financing and had a great rate but it was going to take a few days for the credit union to process the loan and cut the check. I would be back August 2 or 3 to pick up the Jeep. On Monday, July 30, Vinny called and offered to match the interest rate I had and would have the Jeep ready the next day because they really had to get the vehicle off the lot by the 31st. Vinny and Noel were very organized when it was time to do the paperwork and pick up the Jeep and made the process very easy and simple to understand. After the paperwork, we were handed the keys and shown where the Jeep was parked. Because it was raining, we didn't get much of a walk-through of the controls or how to raise and lower the top. It would have been nice if they could have pulled it into service to show us. It would have been the perfect time to introduce us to their service department. I went back a couple of days later and James was happy to show me how to do it. I was very unhappy to have the low fuel light come on as soon as we left the dealership. This is the first brand new vehicle I have purchased that did not come with a full tank of gas. Even the 38 gallon tank in my F350 was full. When we got home, I went over everything and also found the tires were over inflated by 10lbs each, no washer fluid, the clock wasn't set and temp, dte, economy were all set to metric. Lastly, it took over 10 days to get it registered. I got a call late in the afternoon of Friday, August 10 that it was done and I could pick it up. Over all, they started out great in the showroom but, fizzled at the end. It was an OK experience but not so great as to make me want to go back there. More
