From the moment I walked in, everyone at the dealership made me feel welcomed, comfortable, and very special. Vinnie Peluso Jr. made my first car buying experience memorable and positive. He was patient, kind, professional, and paid attention to my needs as a customer. In my opinion, he went above and beyond to make me feel that I made the right decision, and answered all my questions. He even made sure that after I was in my new Cla, that I was happy and that all my needs were met. Before I went to Ray Catena in Edison, I have never gone through the car dealership process, and I was skeptical and nervous about making such a big purchase. However, after this experience, I know I won't have anything to worry about. I can see now why people continue to go back to Mercedes. The best experience I have been in the market for a new car for almost an year , half of which was sure of a Benz . Best sales experience My wife and I purchased our previous Mercedes-Benz cars from another dealership, this time our experience at Ray Catena Mercedes, particularly with ou My wife and I purchased our previous Mercedes-Benz cars from another dealership, this time our experience at Ray Catena Mercedes, particularly with our sale representative, Vincent Peluso Jr. was a comfortable, relaxed and a pleasurable experience. There were no high pressure sales talks, Vince understood what we were looking for and the options we wanted. Vince made the sales process go smoothly, we asked many questions regarding the new features in the 2016 E350, his knowledge of the features was impressive. He was extremely patient and thorough and took the time to answer all our questions. This was, by far, the best buying experience we have ever had. On delivery day, Vince introduced us to Pat, our delivery consultant. After some informal conversation, we found out that Pat came from the general area in Brooklyn that we came from, which made the process very pleasant. Pat, also answered all of our questions. He assisted us in establishing our connection with mBrace, set up specific personal features, demonstrated how to activate and deactivate certain new features, in the car. We also met Fred, the service manager, who was also very accommodating and immediately had one of his service personnel install wheel locking nuts on the new car. Vince Peluso Jr. Pat, Fred and the other people we met at Ray Catena, made our purchase pleasant, comfortable and a generally great experience. More

The entire staff is obviously dedicated My experience at Ray Catena Mercedes, and in particular with my salesman, Vince Peluso Jr. was a pleasure. The entire staff is obviously dedicated to customer service, and no one more so than Vince. I'm not a man who is easily impressed, nor given to the casual use of superlatives, and to be perfectly honest, I'm a somewhat of a difficult customer. I'm the guy that does his homework, and knows the answers to his questions before they are asked. I do this to test the knowledge and sincerity of sales people. Vince did not disappoint. He has an impressive knowledge of the entire Mercedes line, and spares no effort to ensure your questions are answered. And more importantly, he was direct in saying "I don't know, but I'll find out and get back to you" No B.S., I like that. When it came to making choices of options and colors, Ray Catena is well stocked, and Vince took the time to make certain I saw all the possibilities. A good experience, and one I will recommend without reservation. More
