I have to say this was my best experience with any dealership I have ever dealt with. Vin my salesperson went above and beyond with the help from his finance manager Roger and Darrian to get me the be dealership I have ever dealt with. UPDATE 4/25/2023: A month and a half after I bought the ZL1, which was on April 24, 2023, I brought the car to my Auto detailer to have it ceramic coated and PPF'd. My detailer gave me a call today Apr the ZL1, which was on April 24, 2023, I brought the car to my Auto detailer to have it ceramic coated and PPF'd. My detailer gave me a call today April 25th to tell me that the car's paint needs correction. The car has swirl marks on quite a few areas. I picked up the car in this condition and just noticed recently. The car sat in my garage till the weather warmed up as driving on the Eagle F1 tires in cold temps is not advisable. And plus, my auto detailer shop was booked for a few weeks. To make a long story short without going into details, Sullivan Chevy was able to resolve the situation. Car was sold with swirl marks but the dealership took care of me and it is what matters in the end. -------------------------------------------------------------------------- This is now my original experience with purchasing the vehicle. I've always leased my vehicles but this time I wanted to own a special vehicle. I contacted Sullivan via the Internet at first. The Internet Sales rep gave me all the info I needed. I scheduled an appointment and came to see Vin. Vin is a a "straight to the point" individual as I came to find out and it's what I look for. No beating about the bush, just straight to the point tell me what's up. He told me exactly how things were going to go with the Special vehicle order (ZL1). Next thing you know the vehicle arrived to the dealership and I was out the door. Historically, I've been one to dread stepping into dealerships because it takes a lot of energy out of me as my experience with dealerships in the past haven't been so great. At least, NY dealerships where they're pushing and hawking you down to buy options left and right and they won't let you leave until you say NO 100 times. This wasn't the experience here. Of course, Vin's job is to sell so he offered me options but ultimately it was up to me and he respected that. Big difference here. Another dreadful aspect of stepping into a dealership is the final step when you need to go into the Finance Manager's office to sign the contract and you find other things on the contract not talked about. (True story). Again, not the case here. The contract was written as originally agreed upon. I would recommend Vin and Darren as your go to people when in search of a vehicle. More
